Refund and Returns Policy

At iPurify Air, we stand behind the quality of our air purification products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Change of Mind

We accept returns for change-of-mind purchases within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging materials are included
  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice)

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. We do not refund original shipping fees for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping costs, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence (where applicable)
  • Your order number or proof of purchase

We may ask you to return the item before issuing a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used air filters or filter cartridges
  • Products that have been used or altered
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty)

Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method, including refunds to your card via Stripe. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Stripe Compliance Notice

All refunds are issued in accordance with Stripe’s refund policies. Refunds cannot be issued to a different card or bank account than the one originally used. We do not process cash refunds for online payments.
